材料 :
牛肋條
900 g
鹽
1 茶匙
麻油
1/4 茶匙
黑胡椒
1/2 茶匙
蒜
2 粒
蔥花
適量
做法:
1.
先將牛肋條用調味料醃1小時。
2.
將牛肋條放入可慢煮的真空袋中抽真空,將真空了的牛肋條浸入一盤已煮至60。C的熱水中,放在烤盤並放在矮烤架上。
3.
以氣炸烤焗爐 「低溫烹調 」模式60°C ,煮4小時即完成。
按下「低溫烹調 」,轉動扭掣至60°C,按「開始/+30秒」確認,轉動扭掣調較時間為4小時,再次按「開始/+30秒」開始。
