做法:
1.
低筋粉及泡打粉混合過篩,加入砂糖、油和蛋黃拌勻至沒有粉粒並成糰。
2.
分割並搓成15粒大小份量相同小的麵糰後,輕力壓扁。
3.
掃上蛋黃液及加上一粒腰果在面。
4.
按「Convection / 熱風對流」預熱水波爐至180℃焗18分鐘至金黃,轉210度焗多2分鐘完成。
5.
出爐後必須徹底放涼才夠酥脆。
