SERVICE TERMS
  1. The above charges are for reference only, not including parts fee.
  2. Customer should pay CHEQUE, CASH or CREDIT CARD after the service rendered on-site. Toshiba will issue a temporary receipt to customer on site and later mail formal receipt to the customer.
  3. If customer's product is claimed to be under warranty period, Toshiba has rights to request customer to present the Original Invoice and Guarantee Certificate issued by Toshiba at the time of home visit. If customer fails to present valid document as mentioned, the product is treated as "No Warranty" and customer need to pay the visiting fee and repair fee (once need to replace any parts, parts fee will be charged).
  4. Damaged caused by violence, misuse, accidence, or nature calmities, and any parts found of being repaired or altered by unauthorized person, all condition above will be quoted individually.
  5. If customer's product is sent by themselves to Toshiba Shatin Repair Centre, the repairing charges will be under Counter Repair Service Tariff. Customer should pay Registration Fee in advance and this fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  6. If customer cancel the repair order after this site has been visited, visiting fee should be paid to Toshiba.
  7. For service on outlying islands or public vehicle cannot reach area in Hong Kong, reasonable travelling fee will be charged.
  8. In the event of any dispute, Toshiba reserves the right to make the final decision.
